All standard door-to-door courier deliveries are mostly made through the Courier Guy. Our On the Go Drinks / Freshly made Drinks are categorised as Perishable Goods and these will be delivered using a Private Courier Company.
Shipping cost is based on location. Just add products to your cart to see the shipping price. Here is an outline of shipping cost to different areas:
- Free Delivery on Orders Over R1500
- Free Collection in Fourways (JHB North)
- Johannesburg: R95
- Durban: R135
- Cape Town: R145
- Outlying Areas (not listed above): R250
You are responsible for selecting the correct shipping option during checkout to avoid complications with your order.
Delays:
There may be some delays with getting your order to you due to packaging, raw materials or busy in-season times.
Please note:
We will try to get all orders out and shipped within 2-3 workdays. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will take 2-3 days from the next workday. We deliver on weekends provided the orders are placed a minimum of 3 workdays in advance.
Can I collect my package?
We do allow for Collections. We are situated in JHB North, Paulshof. The address will be forwarded to your email/mobile number once your order has been placed.
Where is my package coming from?
All orders are dispatched from our Workspace in Paulshof.
Where do you ship orders to?
Non-Perishable goods can be sent to any address in South Africa. Our Made to Order goods can be only be shipped within JHB for the moment. We do not offer overseas shipping.
